The house has spectacular water views and a large outdoor hot tub overlooking the Chesapeake Bay's South River.
There are 3 bedrooms, a pull out queen sofa bed in living room and 2 full bathrooms (sleeps 8 comfortably). The house is newly furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. There are two gas fireplaces, a beautiful sunroom, and a lower level with pool table and bar. Amenities include a TV/VCR/DVD and a washer/dryer. All towels and linens provided. The community has tennis, basketball, children’s playground, parks and a private beach.
